A warm welcome to my website!
I have found the process of pulling this together very err… challenging, and I am forever grateful to the wonderful Katy at Little Victories for her patience and support. Check her out – she’s totally brilliant.
Something about offering my skills to the world, without being mediated through my role as a nurse, or for a cause I believe in, or just doing it all for free, has been excruciating. I know it will get easier… As I begin this chapter, I want to honour the many friends and teachers who have helped me develop and value the gifts I bring. Thank you.
Part of me feels I should have one offering, and one thing that I do, a USP, but as the name ‘Spiralling Tides’ reflects, it is all connected. I am motivated by helping us feel part of the web again, the web of life, the web of our communities, honouring our undeniable interdependence. There is no one way to do that. There is no one time in life when that is required.
I am also completing my Wild Beach leader training allowing me to get more of our youngest people out on the beach, for freedom, connection and adventure. Knowing the natural world as a friend is my greatest support.
